Chords are rich with harmonics, while solos have that distinct single coil springiness. With two Alnico 2 bar magnets, it offers more sustain and a softer attack. Additionally, the metal covers provide better shielding and noise reduction than standard soap bar covers. The neck model is RW/RP, reverse wind reverse polarity, from the bridge pickup for noiseless operation when used together.
