The installation of an Invader pickup will change the genetic makeup of your guitar. Its power comes from the combination of specially overwound coils and three large ceramic magnets, along with its striking oversized metal oxide pole pieces. These components expand the overall magnetic field and widen the frequency spectrum, resulting in a rich sound with every note played through the Invader. It provides the thickest and deepest low-end response of any passive pickup available. Chords sound full and almost subsonic with lower tunings, balancing nicely with the crunchy treble for a well-defined sound. When paired with the Invader neck model, it creates a high-output setup with a massive sound. The Invader is hand-built in our Santa Barbara, CA factory and features three large ceramic bar magnets, oversized metal oxide poles, a nickel-silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance. It has a high output with a massive sound and is a unique humbucker with a look and sound like no other pickup. It is loud, vicious, and unapologetic. The bundle includes a Dunlop variety pack of 12 picks for electric guitar, Dunlop Formula 65 Cleaner, and a Dunlop polishing cloth.
